01 X ORDER PROCESSING

The logistics and shipments of orders placed on our shop have been entrusted to the company Smart Lab Italia S.r.l. which reserves the right to refuse an order if the payment is not verified, to refuse the orders or to refuse the provision of services to anyone, at any time.

02 X RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Users who access the shop declare to accept that all issues related to the use of the site are regulated by Italian legislation.

Information on the right of withdrawal (ex art. 49, paragraph 1, lett. (H) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 “Consumer Code”): The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without mentioning any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the moment the customer receives the goods. In the case of a contract for multiple goods that are delivered separately, the 14-day period begins when the last product is received.

03 X PAYMENT METHODS

The payment methods available on the shop are as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX);
  • Paypal.

04 X FINAL CUSTOMER

The company Smart Lab Italia S.r.l. considers a “final customer” a natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to his commercial or professional activity. In the light of its commercial policy, Smart Lab Italia S.r.l. reserves the right, in individual cases, not to process orders to persons who are not the final customer or who are not in compliance with its commercial policy. Being the final customer as defined in the commercial policy of Smart Lab Italia S.r.l. means:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be eligible to enter into legally binding contracts.
  • Have a valid email address.

05 X PERSONAL DATA

The customer’s personal data will be used by the company Smart Lab Italia S.r.l. which is the data controller for the processing, in compliance with the principles of protection of personal data established by GDPR 2016/679 and national legislation in force.

The customer’s data will be processed in a mixed, electronic and paper-based manner and for the following purposes:

  • Customer management (personal data, order proposals, contracts, orders, shipments and invoices);
  • Supply of the contract products.

06 X CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENT

Without prejudice to communications made in compliance with legal and contractual obligations, all data collected and processed may be communicated exclusively for the purposes specified above to the parties involved in the various processes of management of orders and contracts.

07 X CONSERVATION PERIOD AND STRUCTURES

The customer’s data will be processed for all the time necessary to carry out the existing business relationship and for the following 10 years from the date of acquisition. They will also be stored in the company’s CED Computer System and in the appropriate folders and archive areas in the company’s registered office.

08 X RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The customer may, in the manner and within the limits provided by current legislation, exercise the following rights:

  • Request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him (right of access of the interested party – art. 15 of Regulation 679/2016); Know its origin; receive intelligible communication. 
  • Have information about the logic, methods and purposes of the processing.
  • Request the updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those no longer necessary for the pursuit of the purposes for which they were collected (right of rectification and cancellation – art. 16 and 17 of Regulation 679/2016).
  • Limitation and/or opposition to the processing of personal data (Art. 18 of Regulation 679/2016).
  • Right of revocation.
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 of Regulation 679/2016).
  • In cases of consent-based processing, the customer has the right to receive his or her data provided to the controller, in a structured and readable form by a data processor and in a format commonly used by an electronic device.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (right of access of the interested party – art. 15 of Regulation 679/2016).

These requests can be addressed to Smart Lab Italia S.r.l. SP 231 km 77+700 – 70032 Bitonto (BA) or by email: info@archicage.com providing, in attachment to the request, an identity document in order to allow Smart Lab Italia S.r.l. to verify the origin of the request.
