01 X ORDER STATUS

Your orders are processed and shipped in no less than 10 working days.

Why so much time?!

We have made a precise choice regarding the sustainability of our collection at every stage, including that of shipments. Instead of sending from time to time the various orders received on our shop, we preferred to schedule weekly shipments. This allows us to deliver as many orders as possible at the same time, ensuring that courier trucks travel fully loaded.

This small care allows, with a few more days of waiting, to reduce CO2 emissions related to the transport of your order.

In addition, each item purchased is customized according to your requests, with processing and printing handmade in Italy. Considering the time required for such processing, shipping your order requires no less than 10 working days to be carried out.

Once the shipment is made, the delivery is guaranteed in Italy from 3 to 5 working days, abroad from 10 to 15 working days. However, sometimes this process can take up to 7 working days in Italy and 20 working days in other countries of the world, depending on the volume of orders at that time.

02 X SHIPMENTS

Orders are shipped from the headquarters of Smart Lab Italia S.r.l. in Italy, every Monday, from 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Orders are processed as explained in the section “ORDER STATUS”. For this reason, each order is shipped on the Monday of the second week following the week in which it is received, from 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. so with a time of about 10 working days.

Once the order has been shipped, an email with the tracking number will be sent to the customer.

03 X OUR RETURNS POLICY

One of the core values of the Unbuilt Project collection is the idea of sustainability applied to every phase of the product’s life. For this reason, we asked ourselves how to make sustainable also the return and shipping of our products.

We do not grant the exchange or return of our products, except for errors or damages of our responsibility. The return policy is responsible for extra tons of waste and increased CO2 emissions related to transport, because a return is nothing more than a package that travels twice.

For this reason, we have tried to make the shopping experience as aware and clear as possible, so that no returns are necessary. We have attached to each product a detailed description of the model, size and materials used, to help you buy consciously. In the case of clothing products, we invite you to carefully consult the size guide, to find the one suitable for you. Before proceeding with the purchase, in case of doubts or concerns, our customer service remains active and available to email info@archicage.com

The products of the collection “Unbuilt Project” are customized and handmade in Italy and for this reason they are all different and may present slight inaccuracies. These are to be considered characteristics of the workmanship and not defects. It is not possible to make changes or returns of the products, except in the cases already indicated, precisely because the garment is customized according to the preferences indicated by the individual customer during the purchase.

To minimize the waste of material, there is no paper documentation in the package. To make the return it is necessary to contact the customer support to the email info@archicage.com; it’s necessary to send the email within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the product. The email must have as its object “RETURN order n. ___” and in the body of the email must be indicated the object that you intend to return, attaching photos in which it’s visible that the reasons for the return are in accordance with our policies. Afterwards, we will email you a shipping label that you will have to paste on the package to be returned.

The goods must be returned in their original state to be accepted. The goods must never have been worn or washed. Returned items must be accompanied by all packaging, tags and related accessories. No refund will be made for items returned incomplete, damaged or dirty.

The refund for the return will be made within 7 working days, only after we have received and checked the returned products.
